Self-care doesn't always have to be a cleaning routine, a massage, or some expensive product that you probably don't need.
My self-care looks more like training my body, training my mind, and nourishing myself and those around me. This could look like a workout, eating right, spending quality time with those I love (happy hour included), and yes, reading.
In 2019, I hope to bring books and the act of reading back into my brand. While I have made it a priority in my life at the end of this year, I see its benefits and want to both model and foster it in my team. I believe books equip me to make a difference. And that's what I want to do more of. Make a difference.
